Morris+Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the delivery of a major new commission — a large-scale new build workplace development commencing on-site start in June 2025. 

Based in Manchester, this role is central to the successful delivery of a complex, large-scale project being delivered to BIM Level 2 standards, with a novated contract structure and an anticipated on-site duration of at least 2.5 years.

This is a senior-level, long-term opportunity requiring deep technical competence, confident communication, and extensive experience managing construction-stage delivery. You’ll act as a key liaison with contractors, consultants, and client representatives throughout the construction process.

While our studio leadership is headquartered in London, this is a Manchester-based role, and your knowledge of the local context, stakeholders, and construction landscape will be seen as a valuable asset.
