The masterplan aligns with national government priorities to address acute housing shortages by incentivising homebuilding in appropriate locations - principally, concentrating homes around under-utilised railway stations. Hatton Villages meets these ambitions through enhanced walking, cycling and train links to Warwick, enabling a broader shift towards sustainable transport modes over car dependency.
