A holistic retirement community of sixty apartments in Hampstead, set within landscaped courts and gardens and with communal – and neighbourhood – facilities.

Pegasus Life
Hampstead, London
60 homes

“In order to break with what’s been available previously, we employ architects known for really good housing, and specifically those that have not done housing for older people before. (Belle Vue) by Morris+Company is one of those developments which creates a new market. It is modern and attractive in its own right, and it recognises that the resident is likely to have a need in the future for care but that this is really a lifestyle choice.” John Nordon, Design Director, Pegasus Life
  • Design resolves complex planning, heritage and townscape issues
  • Communal facilities include restaurant, community café, library, shared lounges and activity rooms
  • Accommodation in four conjoined blocks, each differing in scale, height and position
  • Journeys from entrance to apartment front door pass through communal areas
  • Integrated landscape proposal
