Ben Myers is a practicing architect, Associate Director, and Co-Studio Lead in Morris + Company’s Workplace Studio, with over 15 years’ experience leading large-scale, complex projects across London and the UK.

A specialist in workplace design and delivery, Ben has extensive experience partnering with some of the UK’s leading commercial developer clients, delivering both major refurbishments and new-build commercial schemes. His portfolio is particularly focused on the retrofit and adaptation of existing buildings, spanning a wide range of ages, typologies, and architectural styles. His work is driven by a sustainability-led agenda, prioritising the reuse of existing infrastructure and the reduction of embodied carbon.

Since joining Morris + Company in 2018, Ben has played a key role in the practice, combining rigorous project delivery with a calm and considered management approach. His portfolio includes 3 Sheldon Square, Norton Folgate and The Republic, Mayfield.

Prior to Morris + Company, Ben held project leadership roles at Glenn Howells Architects and Ben Adams Architects, developing a strong foundation in commercial workplace and complex refurbishment projects. He studied Architecture and Environmental Design at Sheffield Hallam University, winning the Research Prize in his final postgraduate year, and graduated with distinction from the Birmingham School of Architecture. He became ARB and RIBA registered in 2014.

Ben is also a member of the London Borough of Merton Design Review Panel, contributing independent design scrutiny to support high-quality development outcomes.

We would like to congratulate Ben, Fay, Hugh and Polina who will join Danielle and Harriet in our Associate team. The last year has seen 5 projects completed on site and as we look ahead to the delivery of a number of schemes at construction stages and significant new commissions in London, Birmingham and Manchester, we are expanding our senior working group.
